I want to eliminate my account

In order to eliminate your account and all your data linked to it, send us an email to support@mowiz.com and we will manage the cancellation.

To cancel your account, you must write to us from the email address of the Mowiz account holder, so that we can verify your identity. 

To speed up this procedure:

  • Write "Unsubscribe account" in the subject of the email.
  • In the body of the email, please indicate your name, surname and IBAN number of the account where you want to receive your balance.
  • We would appreciate it if you could also indicate the reason for the cancellation.

Upon receipt of your request, an operator will manage the account deletion, after which, as a security measure, you will receive an email with a link to confirm the deletion. You have 7 days to click on this email.

After receiving your confirmation, we will deposit your unused balance in the account you have indicated and remove all your personal data from our systems.
